More than 14,500 Michiana residents without power Monday

Thousands of Michiana residents are currently without power.

Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) reports more than 14,000 Berrien County residents are currently in the dark.

In Indiana, an additional 500 customers are without power.

As of 1:45 p.m. Monday, the total number of outages include:

  • Michigan Counties:
    • Berrien: 14,443
    • Cass: 72
  • Indiana Counties:
    • Elkhart: 455
    • St. Joseph: 27

I&M reports power should be restored by 5 p.m. Monday.
