Man shot in Goshen, another man arrested

A man was taken to the hospital after being shot and another man is in custody.

The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, near the Speedway gas station in the 18000 block of U.S. 20 in Goshen.

The 41-year-old victim was taken to South Bend Memorial Hospital.

A 34-year-old man believed to be the suspected shooter was taken into custody near the scene.

The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is investigating the case.
