South Bend Alive grant application deadline quickly approaching

The deadline to apply for a South Bend Alive grant is quickly approaching.

The grant program is designed to award funding to organizations that work to reduce violence in the community. Funds are meant to provide mentorship for young people, help connect youth with employment training and conduct community outreach and engagement activities.

Grant amounts range from $5,000-$25,000. Applications are being accepted through Monday, November 16, and final awards will be announced before the end of the year.

To apply, complete the form found online at southbendin.gov/alive and email your proposal to alive@southboundin.gov.
