A 16-year-old boy was critically injured in a crash in Kosciusko County.

Emergency crews were called to the single vehicle crash, east of Silver Lake, on State Road 14 at Packerton Road late Saturday night, May 15, where they found a Jeep on it’s side, in a ditch, after it struck a power pole.

The teen was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital for treatment.

Factors into the crash are still being investigated.
