A man already serving time in Michigan for criminal sexual conduct is now charged with sexually abusing a child over a 5-year period.

According to court documents, it was in September 2018 when the victim reported that 48-year-old David Voelkert had been having sexual contact with her.

The victim said it started when she was six years old and that he warned her not to tell anyone.

He’s charged with two counts of child molesting.
