South Bend’s Department of Community Investment gathering feedback on grant application

The City of South Bend’s Department of Community Investment is holding a public meeting from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Technology Resource Center.
They want feedback on their application for a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant to redevelop the Rabbi Shulman building and nearby vacant land as part of the “Western Avenue Transformation District” project.
People can also share their thoughts online at https://together.southbendin.gov/hudprohousing.
