Two people hospitalized after three-car collision

(95.3 MNC)

Elkhart police say a 16-year-old driving a Jeep rear-ended a 2024 Pathfinder on S.R. 19 on Wednesday, causing a three-car collision.

Two drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were hospitalized.

All vehicles’ airbags deployed, and the Jeep driver was cited for following too closely, though they do not believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
