The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a break-in at Chapel Hill Guns and Ammo after suspects crashed a vehicle into the side of the store.
Deputies responded to the scene around 4:4 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, where they found significant damage to the building. While no firearms were stolen were secured inside a vault-thieves made off with accessories valued at approximately $1,500.
A professional clean-up crew worked over the weekend to repair the damage, which was contained to a gun classroom area. The store remains open for business.
Authorities urge anyone with information about the break-in to call the tip line at 1-800-462-9328.
