Purdue University named top public university in Indiana

Purdue University has once again been named the number one public university in the state.

For the third straight year, U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges rankings has placed Purdue at the top.

Purdue tied at number 46 among over 400 universities in the country, staying the same as last year. But, the university rose to sixth overall for co-op and internship opportunities.

The Best Colleges rankings are calculated through 17 key indicators to measure academic quality and graduate success, including graduation rates and postgraduate earnings.
