The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office says the collision happened around 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, at the intersection of State Road 119 and County Road 17.
Investigators report that a truck driven by 40-year-old Kouts man was headed northeast on State Road 119 and attempted to turn north onto County Road 17. Police say he failed to yield the right of way and struck a westbound Dodge Durango driven by 49-year-old Goshen resident.
