South Bend Chocolate Company loses court request in lawsuit against SBN

The South Bend Chocolate Company lost a court request in its lawsuit against South Bend International Airport.
A St. Joseph County judge declined to set a preliminary injunction hearing that would have temporarily extended the company’s lease at the airport while the case moves forward.
The lease expires on Sunday, May 31.
Company president Mark Tarner says he’s disappointed in the ruling, but says the judge did not decide whether the airport’s bidding process was fair or legal.
The airport is also asking the court to dismiss the lawsuit.

Which judge?

How are we supposed to effectively vote to retain judges or not when we are never told which judge makes what bad decision?
