A Bremen man already facing charges in Marshall County is now accused in a separate investigation in St. Joseph County involving a 14-year-old boy.

Court documents say 45-year-old Toby Manges allegedly exposed himself to the teen and touched him inappropriately while the boy was staying at his home. Investigators also say the teen later woke up in a vehicle to Manges allegedly groping him. Authorities say Manges admitted exposing himself and told investigators he previously had sexual fantasies about the victim.

Manges was arrested Tuesday in Marshall County on separate charges of Sexual Battery and Sexual Misconduct with a Minor. The Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department says Manges has been placed on administrative leave.
