A fire at a South Bend home late Tuesday night may be suspicious in nature.

The blaze was reported to have stared in a car in the area of Sunnymede and 30th Street around 11 p.m. Tuesday, according to ABC 57.

A witness told police they saw a shadowy figure throw something at the vehicle in the driveway of the home, heard a loud noise, and saw the car lit on fire. Officials say the fire then spread to the home.

There were no injuries. So far, no word of any possible suspects.
