It’s a grand slam for the South Bend Cubs.

For the fourth consecutive season, the Cubs have set attendance records at Four Winds Field. This year, 354,070 fans entered the stadium, which is a little over 3,000 more than 2016’s mark of 350,903.

Not only is overall attendance up, but the single game attendance average is also up to 5,285 fans per game.

“I just want to thank our fans for this amazing experience,” South Bend Cubs owner Andrew T. Berlin told ABC 57. “We strive to bring you the best experience. From the custodial staff to concessions and the front office, our goal has always been to delight everyone who walks through the gates at Four Winds Field.”
