One man is dead after a crash north of Etna Green Monday morning.
It happened on State Road 19 at the intersection with 800 North shortly before 11 a.m. Monday.
A pickup truck went off the eastern side of the road, hit a fence, and then hit a utility pole. Police then say the truck continued, eventually crossing State Road 19 and ending up in a field on the other side of the road.
59-year-old Lee Springer of Decatur was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is still under investigation.
