The conviction for a Mishawaka man sentenced after a party where two Granger brothers overdosed has been reduced to a misdemeanor.

Wednesday, the court decided that Kyle Treber has fullfilled the conditions of his plea agreement, including supervised probation.

WNDU reports Treber made a plea deal that specified his conviction could be reduced if he met certain conditions.

He pleaded guilty to bringing prescription pills to a party that ended in the overdose deaths of Jack and Nick Savage in 2015.
