Indiana man killed in crash on U.S. 31 in Marshall County

An Indiana man was killed in a crash on U.S. 31 in Marshall County.

It happened around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 27 in the northbound lanes.

Indiana State Police investigators say  a pick-up truck struck the back of a semi driven by a Bremen man and the force of the collision caused the pick-up to become fused with the back of the trailer.

Mitchell Warner, 31, of Cloverdale was driving he pick-up. He died at the scene. Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
