A scam is reportedly using the Facebook profile “TheLerner-Theatre” with a photo of the Lerner to try and trick people.

The real Lerner says not to accept a friend request from the Facebook profile named “TheLerner-Theatre” and do not provide any financial information to the profile.

The Lerner does not ask for credit card information unless it is part of a ticket order process in person, over the phone, or from their website.

The Elkhart Truth reports anyone who’s received the phony friend request should report the profile to Facebook as a fake account and to delete the request.
