A second arrest has been made in connection to several barn fires in Elkhart County.

The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Sherry Thomas, 32, of Nappanee, just one day after announcing the arrest of Joseph Hershberger, 41, of Nappanee.

Thomas was taken into custody on the preliminary charges of arson and attempted contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
