Shooting, car crash under investigation at Lafayette & Western in South Bend

Police in South Bend are investigating a shooting and car crash that happened early Saturday morning, Dec. 11.

According to police, two drivers were shooting at each other while traveling north on Lafayette Boulevard.

At some point, one of the cars crashed into another car at the intersection of Western and Lafayette.

One person was hurt, but police say their injuries are non life-threatening.

The investigation is ongoing.

Crime destroys the lives around them. Consider, South bend Government, investing some of the MILLIONS of dollars windfall from the feds in more shot spotters and license plate readers By putting License readers in each patrol car, you can pull over more folks with fake license plates and stolen cars. get a few more evil folks off the streets and in jail away from good folks I myself will no longer visit South bend at night for theater etc

I won’t visit South Bend during the daytime either. The city has become a lawless cesspool, and I feel pity for the few decent citizens who still live there. Get out while you still can, folks.
