An arrest has been made after a crash that sent five people to the hospital.
The two-vehicle collision happened early Sunday afternoon at Miami and Kern Roads when a vehicle stopped at the four-way stop, then entered the intersection and was struck by a car driven by Noel Ordonez-Dominguez.
Two of the people in the car that was struck suffered critical injuries. According to court documents, an officer who responded to the scene believed Ordonez-Dominguez was impaired.
The officer believed he was under the influence of a depressant.
Ordońez-Dominguez was arrested on two counts of causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Did he have insurance? A license? These seem like relevant facts to the story.
