A man from Angola was arrested, Wednesday, after an off-duty Trooper caught him breaking into his house. It was just after 8 a.m. on West Nevada Mills Road.

A neighbor saw a man busting windows of Indiana State Trooper George Youpel’s house.

It was then that Youpel came out of his home and fought with the man. However, Youpel won the fight and put the man in cuffs.

Officers arrived and arrested 25-year-old Joshua R. Enos was taken to the hospital and then booked into the Steuben County Jail on a felony charge of Residential Entry and two misdemeanor charges of Resisting Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct.
