One person arrested after Cass County pursuit

One person was arrested after a pursuit on Monday.

A Toyota reported as stolen out of Ohio was located by an Indiana State Trooper as it disregarded a stop sign and led the trooper on a pursuit through Cass County.

The pursuit, which reached speeds of almost 100 miler per hour, stopped behind a residence in Lincoln, Indiana. 33-year-old Robert Jones exited the vehicle, discarded a knife, and fled on foot, according to reports.

He was arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Criminal Recklessness, Operator Never Licensed, and Reckless Driving.
