A head-on crash between an SUV and a box truck on State Road 15 near Milford killed one man and sent another to the hospital.

It happened on Wednesday afternoon, June 4.

Deputies identified the SUV driver as Michael W. Troup, 57, who died at the scene. They took a passenger from the SUV to a Warsaw hospital with injuries.

The box truck driver escaped without injury.

The Kosciusko County FACT Team continues to investigate the crash cause.
