Notre Dame Women’s Basketball Head Coach Niele Ivey was named Woman of the Year by the YWCA of North Central Indiana.

The organization supports survivors of domestic abuse with counseling, financial education, and other services.

Ivey’s connection to the YWCA spans more than 15 years, starting as a student-athlete and continuing through her coaching career.

She uses her platform to uplift women and give back to the community.

The Abernathy Family and Olivia Critchlow were also honored.
