A man has been sentenced for the 2023 killing of 12-year-old Josiah Small in South Bend. Small was shot and killed, and a 14-year-old was wounded but survived, near Indiana and Prairie Avenue back in November 2023.
Nagomba White received a 45-year sentence for murder, plus five additional years for battery with a deadly weapon.
The other suspect, Amarion Cutler, was sentenced earlier this year to 25 years in prison under a plea agreement for his role in the shooting.
