Three arrested in Goshen drug investigation

A coordinated law enforcement operation led to three arrests Thursday night following a traffic stop on the U.S. 33 and State Road 20 Bypass in Goshen.
According to the Goshen Police Department, officers with the department, the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office, and the U.S. Marshals Service conducted the stop around 10 p.m. on October 30 as part of an ongoing investigation.
Police say Eugene Troxell was arrested for dealing methamphetamine and was also wanted on outstanding federal warrants. Christine Moreno was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, a syringe, and marijuana. A third suspect, Joshua Troxell, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
All three suspects were booked into the Elkhart County Jail.
