A man jailed in LaPorte County has been charged with murder and aggravated battery in connection with the death of his brother.

This, after Paul DelRio, 41, was found dead of a suspicious injury early Monday morning, Oct. 14, in the 200 block of Johnson Road.

An autopsy has been conducted, though authorities haven’t said exactly how he died.

Gyle DelRio, 37, is being held without bond in the LaPorte County Jail.
