Minor injuries after car goes down embankment off Peavine Street in Cass County

Just minor injuries for an 18-year-old who was behind the wheel of a vehicle that went off an embankment and struck a tree.

The collision happened around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16, on Peavine Street, east of Sink Road, in Cass County.

Investigators say the driver lost control on the curve, then let the roadway.

Deputies believe factored into the crash.
