Driver cited for passing school bus in Goshen neighborhood

A Goshen woman was cited for reckless driving Tuesday morning after allegedly passing a school bus with its stop arm extended as children were boarding.
It happened around 8:50 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22, in the Brookside Manor area after police received a report that a vehicle had driven past the stopped bus.
Officers later located the vehicle near the intersection of Chicago Avenue and Wilkinson Street and conducted a traffic stop.
The driver, identified as 25-year-old Sherlyn Moran-Gonzalez was arrested and released at the scene.
She faces a charge of reckless driving and is scheduled to appear in court.
