A suspect involved in a 2025 officer-involved shooting in Kosciusko County has entered a guilty plea agreement.
Lance Walter had been charged with attempted murder and resisting law enforcement following a pursuit involving Warsaw Police.
Authorities say the incident began during a traffic stop and escalated when Walter struck a police vehicle, injuring an officer. He then reportedly hit the vehicle again before an officer fired a shot at his car.
Walter is scheduled to be sentenced on April 20.
