A Leesburg man has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for molesting children and possessing child pornography.

19-year-old Nicholas Colquitt learned that fate Tuesday in Kosciusko County court.

Colquitt faced a grand total of 15 charges at one point, ranging from child molestation to sexual misconduct with a minor to child pornography possession. He pled guilty to just four of those charges in July.

He was first arrested in October of last year on one allegation, but that quickly grew into more allegations and charges as time went on, including the discovery of a Dropbox account that had hundreds of videos and photos of child pornography, according to court documents.

As part of the sentencing, the final four years of his sentence will be suspended and served on probation. He also must register as a sex offender and pay almost $2,000 in restitution to four victims.

Ummmm excuse me but one of the girls was 11 years old when he was 18. So lets put an 11 year old corrupted by an 18 year old in jail for a year? I’m guessing you are related to him somehow you seem to know details that were not in any article.
