One of three men charged in the deadly shooting of Amanda Blackburn at her home in suburban Indianpolis back in 2015 has agreed to a plea deal.

26-year-old Diano Gordon will plead guilty to felony robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and two counts of burglary. The Indianapolis Star reports he originally also faced other charges including two counts of murder. Those charges are dismissed.

Gordon is the second suspect in the case to accept a plea deal and agree to testify against fellow suspect Larry Taylor Jr. in the murder of the Elkhart County native who was pregnant at the time of her death.

Back in October, Jalen Watson pleaded guilty to one count of robbery and two counts of burglary, with two counts of murder and other charges dismissed.

Taylor is accused of pulling the trigger and killing Blackburn. He’s due in court on June 1 on a pretrial conference.

Blackburn’s father, Phil Byars, is the lead pastor at First Baptist Church in Elkhart.
