ORIGINAL STORY: A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a 78-year-old man who went missing in Rochester.

Rodney Howard is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 298 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes.

He was last seen around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, in Rochester, is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

He was last seen driving a red 2013 Ford Escape with Indiana plate RKM370.
