A crash on County Road 48, about 1.5 miles south of Millersburg, left two drivers injured.
The collision occurred around 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14, when a Chevy Trax, driven by a 30-year-old Middlebury woman lost traction while traveling east and collided head-on with a westbound Honda Accord driven by a 27-year-old Ligonier man.
Both vehicles sustained front-end damage. The Middlebury woman suffered a broken collarbone and a possible foot injury, while the Ligonier man sustained a broken wrist and reported abdominal and foot pain.
Emergency responders transported the woman to a Fort Wayne hospital, while the man was taken to Goshen Hospital for treatment.
Authorities continue to investigate factors that led to the crash.
